My HPV
I built my HPV over 40 years ago after I read an article about the first recumbent cycle built by a Frenchman back in 1912.
He raced the top cycle riders of the time and won, Being beaten by a non rider, they banned his bike and it is still banned today.
I am glad the pneumatic tyre didn't beat them or we would be rattling around on solid rubber tyres.
